Rachna Narang is an astute professional with over 12.05 years of rich experience in Academic Support and Operations Management, Developing and Nurturing relationship with Clients, Quality Assurance and Teacher Training. Issahac V V is doing research works in education up to the time, relating to the topic of the influence of Kerala DIETs among the teacher community for the last two decades. A brief report has already published in the CONFLUX journal of education Vol 1, Issue7, December 2013. This study is valuable for educational agencies, state and national governments who are eagerly putting forward measures for promoting education in India. Before this activity, he was a specialist in the Institute of Assessment and Accreditation (IAA) of DIETs in Azim Premji Foundation, B'lore. He was endorsed with developing models of assessment of DIETs, developing assessment standards and procedures of assessment of DIETs and technicalities of assessment of DIETs in India. He has developed a draft of the DIET model based on PCMM. He had also participated in discussions at various levels in the development of School Maturity Model based on PCMM.
