		<description>India has the largest youth population. If we want to emerge as leaders of this century, we need to equip our youth with the right set of skills. While vocational skills largely focus on skills that facilitate employment, the changing nature of jobs today, demands proficiency in soft skills as well. 

Including additional courses or alternative forms of teaching existing subjects can be one way to achieve vocational skills. This will facilitate holistic development as well as widen the horizons of students.</description>

In my opinion, it is important that we have realistic expectations from teachers. What you mention is an idealistic picture. It would be unrealistic to expect this from all teachers. </description>
